Our guests really love the price, value and location! Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, by the most sought after and most beautiful beach, The Sand Castle is THE place to rent for those large family or friend get-togethers. ALL INCLUSIVE RENTAL RATES INCLUDE LINENS, CLEANING AND 10% SALES TAX. (NO additional cleaning fees, taxes or upcharge!) HOUSE SLEEPS UP TO 21
Rates are all inclusive and include linens, cleaning and 10% sales tax. 50% payable at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Advance Payment Discount: 5% discount for payments paid in full at time of reservation. 3 night minimum rental (includes Labor Day Weekend), 4 night minimum holiday rental. (Please call for two night availability and pricing.) Weekly rental only, Saturday-Saturday, May 29 - August 14. A $500 security deposit is mandatory for all reservations. However, we can authorize your credit card $500 in lieu of deposit. No charge will be made to your card for your security deposit unless damages are incurred. We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, debit cards, cash and check. Checks can only be accepted a minimum 30 days prior to arrival. |
